I am not exaggerating - this is the best overall experience I have had with a service provider - of any type, ever! I had storm damage to my roof, I called Mr. Roofer - they were here the next day to inspect and the following day to repair the roof. The company representatives on the ground are attentive, knowledgeable and very responsive/communicative. The actual work on my roof far exceeded expectations that were originally set by the roof contractor who did the installation (only 5 years ago). I wish I had been fortunate enough to be with Mr. Roofer all along! They took care of other loose ends on the roof while they were here to avoid future issues. This entire operation is amazing from start to finish. The manager of the company, Josh, is personable, knowledgable and accommodating. He kept every promise he made to us about the entire process. His crew should up on time and worked the entire day non-stop to remove our old roof and install our new one. When they were done, they cleaned up the entire premises and did not leave one scrap behind. The next day, the company's owner/manager came out to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied with everything. All Pro provided the type of service that is hard to come by these days.
