I am not exaggerating - this is the best overall experience I have had with a service provider - of any type, ever! I had storm damage to my roof, I called Mr. Roofer - they were here the next day to inspect and the following day to repair the roof. The company representatives on the ground are attentive, knowledgeable and very responsive/communicative. The actual work on my roof far exceeded expectations that were originally set by the roof contractor who did the installation (only 5 years ago). I wish I had been fortunate enough to be with Mr. Roofer all along! They took care of other loose ends on the roof while they were here to avoid future issues. That is the definition of world class service - and all of this at a very competitive price. Mr. Roofer has me as a customer for life! ~ Niki R
The whole process from start to finish was super easy and quick. The process from scheduling the estimate appointment through Heather, Brian coming out and doing the estimate, going over financing options (they have several options), approval, picking our metal and color, to them starting and finishing the project was 2 weeks. Everyone was extremely professional, they knew what they were doing in depth and were willing to answer any questions. The roofing crew was beyond impressive. They worked almost nonstop for 2 days to get it done. We had a complete remodel. They ripped off the old shingle roof, had several new decking boards installed and a metal roof. Their work ethic in this heat was impressive. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their crew. Their clean up afterwards was also outstanding. ~ JenFren
