I am not exaggerating - this is the best overall experience I have had with a service provider - of any type, ever! I had storm damage to my roof, I called Mr. Roofer - they were here the next day to inspect and the following day to repair the roof. The company representatives on the ground are attentive, knowledgeable and very responsive/communicative. The actual work on my roof far exceeded expectations that were originally set by the roof contractor who did the installation (only 5 years ago). I wish I had been fortunate enough to be with Mr. Roofer all along! They took care of other loose ends on the roof while they were here to avoid future issues. This entire operation is amazing from start to finish. The manager of the company, Josh, is personable, knowledgable and accommodating. He kept every promise he made to us about the entire process. His crew should up on time and worked the entire day non-stop to remove our old roof and install our new one. When they were done, they cleaned up the entire premises and did not leave one scrap behind. The next day, the company's owner/manager came out to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied with everything. All Pro provided the type of service that is hard to come by these days. Karsyn and Kelsey are valuable assets to the Mr. Roofer company. My wife and I contacted them to replace the roof on my mother‘s house that had received damage during a storm. They showed up the next morning to tarp it before it rained that evening to prevent further damage. They were very professional quick with the estimate the price and timing to complete the job was perfect. They were quick to answer the phone to answer any questions we had and were on site to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were so pleased that a couple months later my son needed his roof replaced and we recommended he contact them. He did and was just a satisfied. Want to say there was a mishap with our roof installation. Once we was able to look at issue it wasn’t really an installer mistake as much as it was just a perfect storm If you will. Sometimes things just happen. Jon the owner came out personally and apologized for any inconvenience. Jon found the issue showed me the issue and has crew coming out to fix immediately. On top of the fact , this roof is on our church building, and when Jon the owner left he gave a donation to the church. A stand up guy who goes above and beyond to stand behind their work. Had the best experience with Mr. Roofer. Every detail was explained and felt more like our family was helping us get things done. Jon came out and was so great to share a lot of his knowledge with us and helping guide us through picking the best material. Kelsey was great to talk to and answered our 500 questions quickly and without hesitation. Gary was fantastic at explaining how everything would work with the cameras and workers so we knew every step of the process. The workers were so quick and very meticulous with picking up the old materials and all their trash! Everyone showed up before 8:00am and last person pulled out at 4:30pm. I personally dealt with Jeremy Akers about my roof repairs. He went above and beyond to get everything done right and taken care of as fast as possible. He went into great detail about the process, what services they offered as well had sample pictures on hand to let us see the type of roofing they offered. Great guy and his crew worked just as hard, showed up around 7am and got the entire roof stripped down and repaired that day. Jeremy went out of his way to come inspect the roof after work hours to make sure everything was good and had pictures taken during the process. Mr. Roofer replaced my storm damaged roof. The roof replacement work was excellent and looked great at completion of work. Zack and his crew were on time to begin my roof replacement. The crew was well organized, knew their jobs and did highly professional work. My entire roof replacement took only 5 hours from start to finish. After finishing the roof replacement work, Zack’s crew cleaned up my yard, deck and porch and my driveway. There were no roofing materials left anywhere on my property. Mr. Roofer assisted me with homeowner insurance paperwork and were at my home when the insurance adjuster inspected my home’s roof. Mr. Roofer worked with the insurance adjuster as he inspected my roof. The quality of Mr. Roofer’s work was excellent and the cost of replacing my roof was reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. Roofer to anyone roofing replacement or work. Randy. ~ Randy B

I called All Pro because of storm and wind damage to my roof. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job they did replacing it. I dealt with Jason Johnson who went above and beyond to try to prove to All State that my roof needs to be totally replaced. He went up on the roof twice with 2 different All State's roofers to be sure they saw the same damage that he saw and took pictures. All State's roofer and Jason both failed my roof. All State even called him and he offered to send pictures. All State only wanted to replace 51 shingles on a failed roof which would not have held and would look horrible as you can see my roof from the street. So I replaced it myself. If you need a new roof and someone who is willing to fight for your interest I recommend All Pro. I do not recommend AllState after being a policy holder for 40 + years. I needed new gutters in a bad way on my 1900 house. Mr Roofer came out and gave a free esitmate and honored that estimate a few months later. The crew had the old gutters off and new on within a few hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. Kelsey was great to work with as well. Highly recommend. Here we are a few weeks later and I had storm/wind damage to my garage roof with some missing shingles and the fascia hanging off. I called up Mr Roofer again. Jay came out and fixed up the fascia and did an amazing job replacing the missing shingles. He went above and beyond. Again, highly recommend. ~ Tracy B

We needed a roof on a house built about 1920 - a big old 2 story. The salesman came out and showed me drone photos of my existing roof and gutters - point taken - bad shape. The bid came in cheaper than the others so after seeing good reviews we crossed fingers and proceeded. They tore off two shingle layers and the deck was old - they recommended OSB on the whole thing - substantial cost in labor and materials but really the best option. The job went quickly even with the sheathing. The crew cleaned every scrap and gutters went up quickly. I’m happy with their work and response to every question during the job. ~ B H

I would recommend MrRoofer to anyone contemplating a new roof, or roof repair. They came with a large crew, early in the morning, and immediately got to work. They were careful to place tarps all over the yard to catch the 100 year old tile roof and were careful to clean up any wayward nails or metal or trash when they were finished. Anytime I would message the owner, before or after my job was done, he was quick to respond. After the job was done, there was an area of fascia that had some cosmetic issues. Jon sent people out the next day to replace the entire strip of fascia. The price was great and the roof looks amazing. ~ Lori H

Just another no-show company. I wasted 2 afternoons. I would not recommend you do the same. The owner talks a good game, but it's clearly just talk. Updating! John, the owner, and his metal roof expert, Jay, just left my house. They came and apologized for missing 2 appointments last week. They fixed the problem I had and then went all over my roof tightening and replacing screws and washers. At the end of the job, I tried to pay them, and they would not take more than a handshake and acceptance their apology. Now that's good form! I have a new roofing company. ~ Jeff P

This review is for my neighbor and friend who is elderly and has health issues. Jay was very informative and kept us up with what he was doing while he worked with pictures and updates. Jay worked very hard and completed the job in a quick and timely manner and did a wonderful job that the person prior who built the porch did not do. Kelsey was wondering and a very very valuable asset. She would take our calls after hours to help us get this job done. Hi my name is Paul and I'm a happy customer of the Mr roofer company. About a month ago, and out of several companies to choose from, I had a whole new roof installed by Mr roofer and I'm glad that I did. They did a great job and it didn't even take them very long do do the work. I chose cornerstone for color and even though I don't have a photo you can trust me when i say it looks great. Through the process, I spoke to a woman named Kelcie (I appologize to her if her spelling isn't correct) to guide me through everything and she was great. We spoke on the phone then I was texted for smaller questions and I think I had a million, so I appologize about that annoyance. She helped me with every little thing I asked about and had great professionalism in doing so. The team that was sent also did a great job on my roof. It looks very well done and it did not take them long to repair. I would use them again and am glad I chose them, so thank you to all of the Mr roofer employees I dealt with. ~ Unknownuser

They returned my call for an estimate within an hour. They were professional and very friendly, On the day they were supposed to repair my roof, they had an emergency repair, and called me to reschedule. They showed up on the new time, and did a very nice job replacing the facia, installing ice guards, and replacing all the screws on my metal roof with better screws with grommets. Awesome company! I called them to see if they could help with some damage to my gutter and a roof vent from a storm. From the time that I called to see if they could help me to when the guys were packing up to leave after finishing job was just 3 hours and 40 minutes. Very professional, very friendly, super reasonable, and the fastest service I've ever had in this kind of situation. I will definitely be calling them when I need more work done. I highly recommend! Called for an estimate to repair a roof leak, they were on time and very professional. The office member gave a very reasonable estimate and informed me that the repairs could be done immediately. I was impressed with this and gave my consent right away. The two gentlemen dove right into it and were finished very quickly. They were totally professional! Call me Roofer after storm damage our roof, led us through Insurance process, came and sat down with us explain the whole process even though they were extremely busy at time with other storm damage in other areas , when they arrived to do the work, they were on time, very polite, each person had their on job to do ,started at 7:00am and they were finished at 1:00pm this included taking two layers of roof off, I don’t believe they took a break at all very hard workers. After job was done Jon the owner came a few days later at around 7:30pm sat with us for probably an hour and haft making sure we were happy with the job we laughed and we told him I think our life story lol, We had several neighbors come by an inquire about MR Roofer and was amazed at the quality and workmanship of this company. In closing this review you can’t go wrong with them ( veteran own) also. Just good people.I forgot to mention that they clean up ,run a nail sweeper to pick all nails all around house, after they clean area it look like they had never been here,,, ~ john n
